“Had product installed in my home 4/12/2019. So far have not seen any improvement in power bills---still HIGH. Getting ready to have new insulation blown in attic and will have to take up the Eco Insulation. All installer did was lay the foil down and put on walls. Makes it very difficult for other workers to check heating/air system upstairs. Really not a neat job. Very disappointed with product. WASTE OF
$4000.00+. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT, will be putting into my re-cycle for trash.”
“They sell tinfoil for the attic, water for the airducts and bleach for your mold. This place is the biggest ripoff under the sun. They don't even install their own solar, they use a third party company and act like it's theirs! Enjoy your free steak and run away from that dinner as fast as you can, because you are being primed for a ripoff.”
“Unsure if bad experience. I had the Probiotic air system installed and then have been trying to get it refilled. I was told the refills were affordable but when I called I was told it was $300 and I would have to wait until a technician was in Northern VA. Since I had other concerns (and expenses) I just turned off the system. Now I am wondering how to proceed to get it back on if that is possible - heck it's a 4K cost.

“The people that are with this company are as nice as can be but I am not at all impressed with the foil insulation that was installed. I had it installed in June 2022 for approx 4000 dollars.
It seemed to help some during the summer (my home is easy to cool due to shade) but the true test is now (10-2022) that fall just came. I don't know if it is the product or the sloppy installation that was done but it has had hardly any effect on the ability to hold heat like they promised.
Not to mention only part of the house was done and the supposed tidying up of the insulation that was there. It is now late October and it is most likely too late to make a claim. I may try and will follow up but I would just get a local reputable contractor is my advice.
If it is a positive outcome I will be happy to post a good review.”

“We had the guy come out to see the dust in our home to see if the EPS they say they would put in our duct work would fix dust. Showed the guy ring of dust on washing machine lid . He said their EPS would fix it.
Two men came over 10 hours late , asked for a drop cord , came back down stairs and asked me repeatedly about deer hunting on our property. Package is free meat and said nothing about the system. In the 2nd week we called and called no answer. Went on site sent notice no response. Now the people are saying it only takes out germs now saying they never said it takes out dust. They showed before and after slides of dust in presentation. They even have a thing in contact that only gives you option to go to Richmond VA to sue them. These people never brought chemical in our house , these people never ever said anything about buying chemicals EVER!!
My wife asked the deer hunters what did she need to do next . The so called installers said call the guy James McAllister in 12 months to check it. This guy so they are saying does not even work there any more. It is a RIPE OFF
They want come and get whatever it is so they say they installed an will not give us our money back. My wife has had nasal surgery in past . I am retired fire fighter we were trying this thing to help breathing. Do not let this company into your home!!”
“One of the worst companies to hire. They came out and sold us on a perfect product but didn't install it all through our attic and then when we called to have them come back out because it wasn't working they didn't even respond for up to 6 weeks. When they did finally come out, it was fall and said their product was working properly. Now they won't fix the heat issue in our house and refuse to help to find the solution other than come out to measure with readings to show it's working. True bait and switch company. Scam artists for sure. They are just driven to scam your money and move on. The WORST company in the world morally and technically.”
“The CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION was illegally signed before the job was completed. Mark Coe (team lead) said this was required, because he needed to leave for another job and even though employees were still working. I was told I could pay by credit card, but this turned out not to be the case. QET failed to respond for months to EnerBank about my complaints regarding their charges and their installation. Over a year has passed, and despite QET's promise to inspect the insulation each year, they have never contacted me to do. Despite multiple emails and Certified Mail to the owners, none of the QET owners have ever responded.”

When I tried to reserve a space I was told by your rep that all the homeowners had to attend, or we couldn't come. Too bad because my guest is planning to install a completely new system in her million dollar home. You just lost her business.
