“I just love this little book store. The staff are wonderful, have great knowledge on what they sell, I don't think I've had a bad recommendation yet. Even when they don't have what you are looking for, their pre ordering makes it so easy. The service is second to none. And when it comes to value for money, it wins every time for me.”

Hi Theologos, I'm really sorry to hear your book got stuck at customs and is being returned to us. Our website clearly states on every product page that customers are responsible for customs and duty charges on their side with all international orders.
