“Hitec Servo sent was faulty, not your fault of course, sent it back over two weeks ago today, heard nothing back regards the Hitec Servo I purchased from you, so had to purchase another one from Model Flight instead, the staff member I spoke with regards the faulty servo was not very helpful or concerned about the issue I had, just told me to return it at my cost and RMCA would send it to there distributor.
Heard nothing back, so overall not impressed just over a $28.00 Hitec Servo.”
