“My rating must be reduced by RCMAs stuff up. I ordered the eFlite UMX Pitts Special. When I received the order it was the wrong model, the 850mm Pitts Special. I was sent a return shipping docket and returned the model. My complaint is that the model I ordered was not to be shipped (and as of right now hasn't been) until they had received the 850mm Pitts back. It was not my error to ship the wrong model and I fail to see why I should be disadvantaged by having the shipping time for my order tripled for an error completely the fault of RCMA.”

Instructions were poor.

“I orderd rc fuel and it came very fast but when I received it about a quarter of the bottle had leaked all through the box. Maybe for future placing the fuel in a plastic box to prevent leaking through box or some other measure to stop it from leaking completely.”
“I found there was to much plastic connection from moulding between the work item and the plastic frame and spent most of the build time cleaning excess off
the work item plus in this particular 2 x trailer setup the tyres and wheels are out of sync and size with the freight body looks strange .
I thanked staff for the way the item was packed as it was excellent when it arrived
I think I will stick with 1/24 scale rather than1/25 scale THANK YOU”

“I purchased the 8mm x .45 aluminium tube to build a light weight roll cage for my rc drag car , it's a great product however bending this thin wall tube is tricky and achieving tight radius bends may be unachievable! I would suggest the thicker wall tube for such things .”
