Bought a rocket kit for my son for Christmas, said on the website that it’s “ready to fly straight out of the box” but when I got it, it said needed to buy a bunch more stuff for it to fly and it was too late to order before Christmas. I have purchased quite a few items from RCMA.
This is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had with a spektrum product.
This plane engine failure and smoke from around cowling, this was within 5 secs of testing this new plane out of the box at 10% engine power then I increased to 50%. Booom smoke and failure.
Now RCMA always dodge the issue using the manufacturer as the easy out to deflect there responsibilities.
I didn’t pay my money for this plane directly to the manufacturer.
I paid RCMA. This is going to be pretty.”
“Ordered 4 weeks ago package still hasn’t arrived, called the shop was told it was out of their hands and offered Absolutely Zero help in rectifying the issue.. it wasn’t an expensive buggy I think it was around the $250 mark. The money must have been better in their pockets then mine..

“Service was excellent but the plane propeller broke within the first 3 minutes and even though i got a replacement propeller because the shaft broke the plane has been unable to be repaired. It has been an expensive experience for me and an extremely disappointing experience for my 10y/o son”

This is a series matter. I have done all the right things by you. Your product was faulty. The plane never flu. By law, I am entitled to a refund. “I recently purchased a Sig Astro Hog kit I got half way through the build and found out the wood for the elevators was missing , phoned shop but was told Sig was moving factories, and no help from them ,so was offered 10% off the price of the kit approx $37 only to arrive at shop and told I could have 10% of a couple of items I bought, lied to and dudded, not the way to treat customers,unfortunately it's the closest shop so I will continue to shop there,in future if I have a problem I will get it in writing.”
“If you want good reviews maybe don’t ask for them when they’re still in transit. It just makes me more frustrated with ridiculous delivery times for less than 20g of product. Two weeks and still waiting.”
