I uderstand you cater to the RC part of our hobby but I know it would be appreciated by many if you carried more plastic, or resin, scale kits. “Overall I am very happy with the service quality, stock availability and delivery timeliness of RCMA. The thing that pleases me the most is that we still have some bricks and mortar hobby stores in Brisbane and I would rate RCMA the best of these. I do however feel that a couple of things could be improved further. Firstly the application of 10% discount for model club members (like TMAC) is a bit mysterious; it is not promoted or advertised; it is not available for online purchases (when such discount options are so common place through many other online platforms) and finally, recently in face to face purchasing the discount was denied until further reference was made to upline management. It is either on or its off and it should be available for all purchased, not just face to face. It would not be too difficult to record model club membership against a person's RCMA online account profile.
My other suggestion would be that when stock is unavailable that some indication of when it might become available would be very useful. For example, I have been wanting to purchase a Prolux Digital Covering Iron for a number of months now and the RCMA website just says out of stock. I have opted to be notified when it is again available but have absolutely no idea when that might be. Thanks for the opportunity to provide some feedback. Doug Weston”
