“I cant log in into my account, i provided all the documents, after that i was asked for a prof for the phone number, wich is imposibil to provide since i have a sim from store wich im top uping every month, i still had money in the account and i still cannot acces it, so this app is one of the worst that i used!!!!!!”

“RED 7 is a great casino and by far one of the most fair in terms of payouts! Excellent deposit bonuses that cost little in terms of deposits. Large selection of games some of which you cannot find anywhere else! Very quick to process payouts and the money is very quick to land in the bank! Only little problem is that there is no online chat section. However, they answer the phone very quickly and answer every question with great detail! I would highly recommend this casino to anyone!”

Hi William Thank you for your review. I'll get the tech team to look into the issue on the filter for 3 reel slots. On the withdrawal matter, its always tricky balancing the offer of lots of free and real money rewards and the ability to speed up withdrawals. I think on balance we try and be as transparent as possible and fair as possible to all our customers. “Started off well but not impressed by customer service when something goes wrong. Placed in a prize position in one of there contests but when I emailed about the prize was told I must of been knocked from the prize positions. I double checked a day after the contest ended and I was in same position so they talking rubbish. If they this awkward with a small prize hate to think what a ball ache a big win would be to get from them.”

Hi Chris I contacted CS for you to see what happened: They have advised that you were informed that because of the number of entrants scoring higher than you, you slipped out of the prize table - sorry - better luck next time. Dear Chris, Thank you for advising. We have looked into this and can advise that while you may have been in position 21 on the 07/07/2020, you were unfortunately outside of the prize winning positions when the tournament ended on the 09/07/2020 at 23.00. All prizes were then awarded on the morning of the 10/07/20. We wish you better luck on the next one and if we can be of any further assistance at any time please do let us know.
