Getting texts and emails about promos or free spins which i can't even find on login, charging 1£ for withdrawls...not the best experience honestly! Had to wait over a week for id verify

Played bingo, never had any free tickets or promotions on bingo it's all about slots for promotions and j don't play them, costs you a pound to withdraw which I've never experienced with any other before, won't be using them again after this

Took me a long time to get my withdrawal even so the manager said I was not entitled to it .he was very rude .quick enough to take money out .but wait a long time for withdrawal.

Hi Callum We offer Visa direct as the priority withdrawal mechanism. These are processed instantly and sent back to your account within a matter of minutes. Over 70% of our withdrawals fall into this route. Unfortunately, we cannot predict whether your bank supports this route so in the event it cant process instantly, it gets processed via the normal credit back to card route. This is comparable to any refund you might expect to receive from a retail shop or other online purchase. We are not in control of these time frames because we process / send the request to process immediately, but it can be 3-5 days depending on your bank. From our side we process withdrawals instantly because we want to offer the very best customer experience and have complete transparency. I had a need to speak to customer services Rang three times to answer machine still awaiting a call back three days later, I also emailed yet again no reply, I also find the site difficult to navigate

Well if u actually charge a fee to withdraw winnings I shouldn’t expect it to take all week which it usu as it does so why exactly do u charge to withdraw when all other sites don’t . Complete rip off

Not really happy with same of your games spend a lot of money but can't winning a jackpot or big money so I'm thinking of leave and play with other company and try my lucky somewhere else .

I won £25 on a bingo game but it wasn't credited to my account. There is no record of this game in my game history but luckily I took a screenshot of my tickets for that game including the winning ticket. I contacted support explaining the situation and sent the screenshot of the win. 1 week later and I still haven't had any update and certainly haven't been paid for my win. Online support just keep palming me off saying it could take days or weeks before they get an update. Quick enough taking my money but don't want to pay it out.
