“I am really happy with the process and how my account was created. everything was explained well...What I am not happy about is that I opted in to receive 100 free spins when I deposited 25 pounds and I never got them. That was a bit disappointing.”

“Ok, not the best...dont see why you charge £1 for withdraws & they still take longer than same day, if its a processing fee, then that would imply the fee is to get it done quicker (as every other site its free). Games are ok, if you like spending £5+ to rarely win, 3months ive played, only got a £20(plus £1 fee) withdrawal, that was from the daily free mr wonga spins, off real deposits ive won nothing, not even a penny.. I also think the minimum card deposit/withdraw of £20 is abit unfair, especially with game payouts, yet mobile phone deposits are £3 minimum depo, yet still £20 minimum withdraw.. Its a shame though, i like the feel & look of your site, but thats about it. I gave up depositing over a month ago & just play the daily free spins, not really worth anything else, but dont despair red7, majority of casinos dont get my deposits anymore, seems unless your a new customer, you get nothing in return or at best, the very least given back (regardless of 'claimed' RTPs) Havent had any bad experiences with customer services as i havent needed to contact..yet. No different to ANY other casino out there, has some nice points but also has alot of bad points.... Hi William Thank you for your review. I'll get the tech team to look into the issue on the filter for 3 reel slots. On the withdrawal matter, its always tricky balancing the offer of lots of free and real money rewards and the ability to speed up withdrawals. I think on balance we try and be as transparent as possible and fair as possible to all our customers. “Started off well but not impressed by customer service when something goes wrong. Placed in a prize position in one of there contests but when I emailed about the prize was told I must of been knocked from the prize positions. I double checked a day after the contest ended and I was in same position so they talking rubbish. If they this awkward with a small prize hate to think what a ball ache a big win would be to get from them.”

Hi Chris I contacted CS for you to see what happened: They have advised that you were informed that because of the number of entrants scoring higher than you, you slipped out of the prize table - sorry - better luck next time. Dear Chris, Thank you for advising. We have looked into this and can advise that while you may have been in position 21 on the 07/07/2020, you were unfortunately outside of the prize winning positions when the tournament ended on the 09/07/2020 at 23.00. All prizes were then awarded on the morning of the 10/07/20. We wish you better luck on the next one and if we can be of any further assistance at any time please do let us know.
