“My order was delivered promptly, but I discovered that the pump mechanism of the product bottle was faulty, which meant I could not use it. It took a few days for the issue to be investigated, which also required the customer paying for return postage to return the faulty product. I was disappointed, but as this was a manufacturer issue and not the fault of Reliable Medicare, the customer services team were reassuring and transparent, with the return process stated on their website. After the investigation, I was given a refund of the product cost and offered free shipping on my next order, to cover my return shipping costs. I feel the customer services team handled this issue well, which gives me confidence to shop with RM365 again.”
