I stated in my email to you, that ai WAS NOT PEELING AND I WANTED TO RETURN THE ORDER FOR A FULL REFUND. This email was done before I contacted my credit card company. I did not want to keep the item as it was no use to me, it was not working for me, and I was advised by the original seller, who provided me with a confirmation email, they had contacted you, and you refused to disclose where you sourced your meseostetic products from, also advising me to stop using the product as it may be dangerous.\r\nI have read a lot negative reviews on Trustpilot and google with other people stating the same facts.\r\nI suffer from depression and anxiety, and this s experience has left me devastated and distressed. I suffer from pigmentation and I have spent a lot of money, and I will have to purchase from elsewhere again. It has been very stressful for me and I will not be purchasing from you again, after how you treat customers, it\u2019s disgraceful and appalling. I can\u2019t sleep at night and have been left feeling suicidal. I would not recommend you to anyone. I used the cream because I thought I would eventually start peeling, and contacted you immediately when I was aware it wasn\u2019t working, as I did not want you think, I\u2019ve not even tried it properly. \r\n\r\nI do not appreciate you making nasty remarks about me. This is the first time I have experienced this kind of customer service. \r\nI believe you are a fraudulent company who is not certified.\r\n\r\n"
