“Would be very helpful if it came with even basic instructions on how to cook with it or how long things will take to cook. Used it four times- three successes , 1 complete disaster. All based on guesswork….”

“Product delivered in time scale promised. My only complaint is about the instruction booklet (echoed by many others). I had previously had a smaller Remoska which helped. I paid a very competitive price compared to others but a fuller booklet with sample ideas would be a real asset and good value for money.”

“Been using remoska for about twenty years. Since they came to the attention of the british. Simple to use. Easy to clean. Now in a 4 litre and stainless steel. So can use a cooking container within the device. Even easier cleaning. My only complaint to them that are on the design team. Dont use teflon on the inside of the lid. And return to a metal trivet, or just tell us to use a heatproof pad. (Which is what i do, the plastic trivet is cheap looking and black plastic so cant be recycled.) Then i would be very very happy. As it uses a small amount of electricity it is another bonus factor. I highly recommend.”

“I am absolutely delighted with my Remoska Prima 4L. I previously had a Remoska Grand but was gutted when it stopped working. My queries I had regarding the purchase were addressed and resolved completely. My only concern was that the courier who delivered the Remoska just threw it over my neighbour's very high fence landing in their yard, this was despite both my husband and myself being at home at the time. Fortunately no damage appears to have occurred and the Remoska is working OK”

“Have been happily using a standard Remoska for a number of years but hearing about the increased versatility to be obtained from the Remoska triangle I saved up and bought one when they came back in stock on May 22nd. So far am still learning to use the extra features it offers but am sure it will become as essential a part of my batterie de cuisine as the standard one.”
