“Ordered a Prima and it arrived damaged. They need to improve their packaging, a box within a box and no additional padding which meant the pan was vulnerable to being crushed in transit. Their communication is poor, emails not responded to and 0800 number diverts to a mobile with no indication who. However, a replacement was finally arranged, so will wait in trepidation.”

“We use the Remoska all the time, it's a great cooking device. Sadly, when our new Romoska arrived the base was bent, making it impossible for the lid to fit on it. My husband had to bend it the best he could but it's not ideal. We have now gone back to using the base off our old Remoska, which is of a far better quality.”

“Slowest delivery possible! Had to contact yodel to demand they deliver it after it had sat with them and they had not attempted to deliver it! Yes not directly remoskas fault but they choose to use yodel! Box was bashed to hell so not great when giving it as a gift”

“While I appreciate that I ordered my Remoska on a bank holiday weekend it still took another 8 or 9 days to be delivered. By then I was on holiday and unable to take it with me. That is alot longer than the '2 working days' on my order confirmation. On my return there was a delivery card through the door with no information on at all. Luckily I have good neighbours who brought it to me today on my return. As yet I haven't had the opportunity to try it out, or even to see if it works.”

“Hi I think the Remoska cooks well. But I am hoping that the smell that comes when I switch it on eventually goes. I threw my first lot of food away as the smell was so strong. Just hope it eventually goes”

“Would be very helpful if it came with even basic instructions on how to cook with it or how long things will take to cook. Used it four times- three successes , 1 complete disaster. All based on guesswork….”
