This company is a 100% fraud company. I have invested 10000aed and same way 1000s have invested 10K,20K aed and more.
You have to literally beg for to get a service from them. Im supposed to get 42 days service and up to now (in 1.5 years) I got just 4 service (9 days) and for each service i have to send 50+ emails (literaly) and visit their office multiple times and even post reviews. Then they call for comprimise and make me delete the review and then again deny service for next 6 months.
This is a repeating process and they seems to challenge the customer. They even told directly like Do you expect us to grand service at such low cost!!!!!
I can give all the proof to you with emails and whatsapp chats/msgs.
A NEW PERSON SHOULD NOT FALL IN THEIR TRAP.
I can give you contacts of atleast 100 people who fell in their trap. I request everyone of us to come together and complain to tourism authority and in Thasheel or via legal advocate.
Ill share my details and other proofs in this after i post in another page (as google wont allow numbers).
I urge all of the people to come together and fight this scam together. Let the UAE authorities be aware of such fraud company.

“This is worse than a scam company. They will take the money from you upfront, and once they have their hands on your money, they do not bother to deliver any services. Full of promises and promises only. You can never reach them and surely they are not interested in giving you any services. The modus operandi is cash collection from innocent people to fill the Owners pockets - providing any service will still cost them something, hence they do not provide any service. Since UAE Government has given them a license to do business, I am sure they will notice and take immediate actions, since, surely the license is not to scam innocent people. Any good ratings are paid ratings or reviews done by the company employees and their friends/families - you will not find any details on those.”

After 4 months of relentless request for services i didnt get services despite 3 tines promise and confirmation that my bookings are done!! I gave the bad review and they promised me to give the lapita booking but 2 daya prior to my booking date they called me and informed me that booking is cancelled.
