"Scam Scam Scam..! Beware..!!!!!\r\n\r\nI have taken a package in this company, and they are really useless. I got call from one lady saying you won in the lucky draw so, come and collect your gifts. Based on this we went and the meeting was held at Sheraton hotel, sharjah lead by Anurag and his team. They convinced to take the tour package which was really worth when they saying but practically it is not. I felt this after-the days gone. \r\n\r\nOnce after the second day this guy anurag, he has not answered my call. I am really surprised, from that day i got doubt about this company. \r\n\r\nAnd they never made any of the commitments fulfilled. They just keep delaying the request and ending up with failed. I have been since 7 months, nothing they have arranged for me. Lot of mails i sent to them, they will just acknowledge and reply as concerned person will get back. No calls reaching them. \r\n\r\nAnd also they agreed to settle my EMI reimbursement in part by part with interval of 3months. I have been patiently waiting for that first EMI date to come and after that i sent mail requesting to transfer the amount to my account. Again they keep saying the same story that, wait for 3months more to transfer the amount. These people are thinking that customers are fool so they keep on cheat more.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nI am really wondering, still these people are conducting the meeting in same hotel and looting the money. Guy\u2019s please be careful if anyone wish to go and attend, kindly aware they are professionally trained for scam. So don\u2019t fall in the trap. "SCAMMERS- I have booked package on December 09,2023 and later realized that we have been trapped after payment done then we requested within 2 hours to refund the amount and cancelled the package. MUAAZ and Julie has agreed over phone and asked to visit office unfortunately as of now nothing done after several follow ups. I have visited 3 days their office but they\u2019re very professional SCAMMERS. I met Mrs. Khan who\u2019s also not ready to refund my amount as per contract clause 5 customer can claim refund within 7 days with 35% deduction. I have agreed with them to go with deduction as per contract but still I m begging my hard earned money. PLEASE DONT FALL. ITS COMPLETE SCAMS. Don\u2019t trust google reviews. Check TRUSTED REVIEWS. I was invited by them at their Trap Place made at \u201cFOUR POINT HOTEL BY SHERETON SHARJAH\u201d 9th Floor.\r\nI went there with my Wife and attend by ANURAG & DARSHANA they showed us a very ROSY PICTURE with full of False commitments, they offered us Local Activities like \u201cFerrari World, IMG World, Burj Khalifa Top Atlantis Water Park etc\u201d along with International Holiday Hotel package and Umrah Package. Recently my family came to UAE on visit Visa, So anyhow I have to spend some money on these activities due to which I fall into their Trap.\r\nBefore buying this package I clearly asked them that I am paying to avail Local activities before 15th June because my family will go back and after that this package will be of no use to me and they make all commitments and assured us that after 3-4 days of package activation you can start availing these activities.\r\nSo I paid them 2500AED and got call from their reservation team and they provide me list of activities which is approx. value of 50DHS per person like Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden, Dhow Cruise etc, When I demanded for IMG World or Ferrari World he started giving me excuses and unable to provide anything which is on higher price. Then I called Anurag he didn\u2019t picked up my phone nor revert on message, by the time I got an Idea that I am be fooled by them, But I tried my best and made rigorous follow ups on mail because \u201cOFFICE NUMBERS NEVER ANSWERED\u201d I was after their life because 2500 DHS\r\nDate: 28th May\u201923 Again I went to the same place as a new customer and again they started committing the same false commitments this time the persons were Gaurav and Naresh. After listening to their all false commitments I asked Naresh that I want Burj Khalifa, IMG World \/ Ferrari World and Stay in Queen Elizabeth Can you give me assurance that it will be provided before 15th June, His answer was YES. Again I confirm and he was very confident that yes it will be available.\r\nThen I asked a question that these activities are for new customers or old can also avail, so he was suspicious and answer yes it is available for all, then I disclosed that I am your member I have bought package from you inspite of it why you people are not providing me if it is available. Somehow Naresh seems to be gentle and showcase as want to help me, he asked me to come day after tomorrow I will help you."
