“Beautiful rug that belies it’s reasonable price tag, it is great quality, cosy and makes my whole living room feel different-better! Excellent ordering process, delivery was quick (over Christmas as well!) and I wasn’t disappointed. Klarna available for cost spreading options.”

“My rug is gorgeous, well made a stunning pattern and as it’s 100% wool helps to retain heat n my room. It was also a really good price in the sale.The only problem I had was with the delivery carrier DHL, who were useless and failed to deliver the rug for almost 2 weeks, so I had to wait a long time to actually receive it. However Rug Guru customer service were good and stepped in and the rug as delivered.”

“Efficient dispatch, most u important that returns are quick & easy too, something I had to do with previous purchase -quite significant if you are paying £900. Could have got same rug elsewhere but they matched the lowest price AND I had confidence in their returns policy.”
