My rug is gorgeous, well made a stunning pattern and as it’s 100% wool helps to retain heat n my room. It was also a really good price in the sale.The only problem I had was with the delivery carrier DHL, who were useless and failed to deliver the rug for almost 2 weeks, so I had to wait a long time to actually receive it. However Rug Guru customer service were good and stepped in and the rug as delivered.
