“Wonderful place to support if buying running gear. I purchased shoes online and ended up actually going through 3 sizes, one accidental order, one that was too small and then the last one which feels good.
Amazingly easy and straightforward return process where royal mail would pick it up from a safe place at my house and the shipping of the shoes was free 1-2 day shipping which is brilliant.
Also they leave lovely little hand written notes and a little packet of sweets in the box for you which is a nice touch! I had the pleasure of speaking to a couple of them over email also whilst trying to figure stuff out and they were very friendly and helpful.
So all round a nice relaxing shopping experience with all the little things that make suppose small businesses like this so much better.
