“Easy to collect numbers in advance. On race day toilets, signage, route planning, pacers, water etc all 10/10 and absolutely amazing volunteers.
Not RNW's fault but I was so angry to see all of the discarded water bottles AFTER the race in wilmslow town centre. Witnessed multiple adults chucking them on the ground near overflowing bins. I hate to put this at your door but maybe these giant children need reminding to take their rubbish home instead of throwing it on the floor if the bin is full!!! Water drop was a good idea but maybe needs rethinking e.g. prearranging to drop water bottles off at specific stations instead maybe? And just refillable water available at finish? Either that or massive signs saying please don't litter.

Thanks for your feedback Jess and we agree very annoying! These are public bins on the walk back into Wilmslow from the race finish, however we sweep all those places on race day afternoon and add them to our recycling.
