About ScratchSleeves:

ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“Scratchsleeves have helped my eczema children for years. The kids find them comforting to wear at night and they have reduced the damage night scratching can do. Helpful staff have always been fast to reply to queries.”

“My baby suffers from eczema since he was 2.5 months old. He cannot stop scratching even while sleeping. We always keep his nails short and put the mitten on during the night and his napping time, but now he can take off the mitten by himself and wake up in the morning with scratch all over his arms and legs. Glad we bought the scratchsleeves, this the only thing which can stop him from scratching. Highly recommended for anyone who suffers from eczema and have itchy skin.”

“Your products are amazing. We have been using these for years. I wanted to know if you guys offer any products that hand gloves at the ends instead of mitts. It so helpful to have these but it is difficult when they cant use their fingers with them on. Will your company please consider making some with gloves at the end.”

“I do not exactly remember how I came across Scratch Sleeves, but I am grateful that I did eventually purchase a pajama set (with the cape). I have a child with severe eczema who scratches non-stop all day and night. The worst areas are the ankles, legs, and wrists. The face and neck and torso gets some damage, too but not as bad as the ankles and wrists. I had wanted my child’s skin to get a chance to heal from the non-stop scratching, but I didn’t know how to even start. Mittens, footed stockings, and wrist bands were not at all helpful. I didn’t know such a thing as Scratch Sleeves pajamas existed until I saw a YouTube video of a mother who had a child with eczema, including at the ankles. My child is day and nighttime potty trained so I could not use a full body suit as pajamas. How would my child use the toilet in the middle of the night? In addition to having eczema, my child hates feeling labels and tags and inseams. Tired of the multiple infections my child had from the non-stop scratching, I checked out the Scratch Sleeves website after the video. I received my purchase along with more than excellent customer service from this company. I put it on my child that same night for bedtime. Fast forward to today, we have seen my child’s skin actually heal. There is also a drastic difference in the quality of our sleep (eczema affects everyone in the family). I am no longer anxious and worried when my child is sleeping. I wish Scratch Sleeves made everyday clothing, too.”
