“I ordered 3 x large screens and 4 trellis as both were on offer. I received the. Trellis first within 7 days and I had to chase up the 3x large screens but the customer service was good as I had a reply straight away. One did tell me they were on the way. They didn’t arrive within the week so contacted again. Another representative said they were not on the way ,they informed me they had been lost in transaction so she kindly sent me replacements and i received them in a few days after the email. I am happy with the screens. Not sure if they will fade as I have read from previous reviews they have faded, but only time will tell.”
“I cannot understand the poor reviews that are being received by this company, I can only assume they are being targeted by a rival company??? I ordered four large outdoor screens. Communication was excellent and the screens arrived a week later. The screens are beautiful and cannot wait to put them up on our patio area. I also had a query regarding installation and I received a reply within the hour. I would certainly not hesitate to buy from this company again.”
