“I signed a contract with them for them to edit my book and it took them a year to do it. I have had three project managers and only the third one got it all done. They divided up the manuscript into two parts and they did understand clearly that there was another part to the book that they needed to work on. They kept making mistakes and I had to approve all changes reading the book over and over again. They made changes but did not check to see how their changes affect the over all layout. it is hard to describe. They uploaded my book to Amazon but uploaded it with the wrong title. It was not uploaded onto different book selling sites. The list goes on and one. I have been waiting for the development of an app for which I paid $20000 US and now it is way over due. They never mentioned about server space costing more. I don't know anything about apps so how would I know that? I am stalled now. They showed me screen shots. They have used the wrong pictures on the screen shots so I am thinking they are trying to rip me off. When will this nightmare ever end?”

“I am so very disappointed with their service. I signed an agreement with them back in January and after 60 days all I got is a total of 4 pages of editing of my manuscript. The original project manager assigned to me was also no longer working in the company and I was assigned to another project manager who only contacted me via email twice, and never called me back when I tried to communicate with her on the phone, I was told that she would call me within an hour and then again when I called back a few days later she never responded, so I decided to send her another email canceling their service, and I call her again to confirm my cancelation. She finally answered the phone and when I told her that I already requested my credit card for a refund of my initial deposit of $300 (50 % down) she asked me why I was calling her now if I already got my down payment back. I was promised that my book would be published on Amazon within 30- 40 days in the agreement that I signed up for, but 60 days later, all I got was 4 pages. Now I received an email from my credit card that they want to rebill me since the Scribe marketer contested my cancelation.”

“I think this “company” is scamming people. I paid them to publish my 2000 word children’s book and 9 months later they have still not completed the project. Be warned”

“WARING!! This company is totally bogus! They appear to be legit, yet string you along by bread crumbing you into believing you'll eventually have a published project while talking you into digital upgrades as they milk you for hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. So far I've thrown away $850 (a month's earnings) on nothing but promises. The real kicker is to trick you into giving up vital information so they most likely can steal your identity to bankroll their terrorists opperation. This so called publishing company is nothing but a money laundering scheme. Don't buy into it!”
