I would give 0 if I could. My father ordered a product for next day delivery and received a dispatch message 12/07. There was no attempt at delivery but received an email stating the order had been completed. I enquired on his behalf on their chat service (20/07) and was told that DHL attempted to deliver twice, claiming no one answered. This is despite people being home, and no doorbell was rung. They said they would redeliver for the next day, but would not give me a delivery window, stating that tracking would be updated when scanned by the driver on the day. On the 21/07 I enquired on the chat service and they replied saying they could not confirm with the DHL driver in time to deliver for 21/07, and that it would be pushed back to the 22/07. Now on the 22/07 at 12pm, I called again as the product had yet to be delivered, and was told that it was scheduled to have been delivered 2-3 hours earlier (9-10am) , but the driver was running behind and would that he would contact the driver for an updated schedule. 2 hours later, I was told that the delivery was attempted at 12:30. I have been waiting for this delivery and no vehicle came by, nor did anyone ring the doorbell. My father then called to enquire about a refund. The man on the phone was initially helpful, but apparently mocked my father, thinking he had muted/transferred the line. We’re currently waiting for a refund. Awful and unreliable service, no professionalism (there are spelling errors on the website chat service) and generally quite rude.

Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience on this occasion. I have spoken to the team and can confirm that your parcel was dispatched the same day via DHL. We provided the tracking on several occasions and can confirm they tried to deliver twice on 13/7 but nobody was in to accept the delivery. This went on a couple of times but delivery was unsuccessful again. I have raised a discrepancy with DHL about your order to find out why it was not delivered successfully. I've looked on the system and can confirm you were refunded within 2 minutes of asking. This was instant as you used the PayPal gateway to pay. We don't record phone calls unfortunately so there is no way of investigating this but I will be going back to the call handler to discuss the negative review we have received.

BAD SERVICE WONT GET REPEAT BUSINESS Incorrect advertising and liars Ordered an item that was stated as being in stock, they charge you £6 for next day delivery (no other options) and when it clearly doesn’t show up at your door - because it’s not actually in stock (NO ONE IN THE U.K. CURRENTLY HAS IT IN STOCK AT PRESENT) rather than advertise that’s it a pre order, they prefer to say it is in stock and say you’ll get it next day. And then when it doesn’t arrive, you guessed it, it’s the courier, DPDs fault, not theirs - apparently they were able to receive confirmation that it was “lost” between 8am (the min I sent an email) and 8.40am by DPD - erm, we all know that no one U.K. courier provider is that efficient to provide a reply within 40 mins. So….. rather than own their own error, they pass the blame onto a third party. BE WARNED - if that’s how they treat customers at the sale stage, imagine the abysmal service you’d receive on an item during warranty. DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND

Hi Emma Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can see that you ordered a Ring Quick Release Battery Product Number 8AB1S7-0EU0 on the 19th of October at 09.14pm. At the time of you placing your order we did have stock and we still do have stock. We are probably one of the only distributors that have stock in the UK. Over the years we have researched, tried and tested many couriers taking price, customer service, efficiency and reliability into consideration, we have found DPD to be the best all round, in fact we pay more with them than other couriers as they have a higher success rate. We don’t think £5.99 is unreasonable to receive you parcel the next day however after reading your review and reflecting we can see that there is no other option for a customer to choose a different delivery method so this is something we will be looking into…. As you are probably aware: “We are witnessing critical electronic component shortages at a Global scale with the potential to significantly threaten production of electronic equipment. The global electronic component shortage is the result of several factors, problems at production facilities, increased demand from emerging market, the effects of COVID and increased customs and transportation costs as well as long delays due to clearance checks, not to mention the shortage of HGV drivers and couriers The result is unprecedented lead times and soaring costs for those components that are available.” I have put this paragraph in quote marks as this is what’s displayed at the checkout for all our customers to see before they finalise their order. Your order would have been processed the following day and left the warehouse between 5pm/5.30pm to be with you the next day. Once a parcel leaves the warehouse it is the courier’s responsibility to deliver the parcel, there is only so much we can do at our end other than raise a case for a ‘Missing Parcel’ as soon as we found out that your parcel was missing, and you did not want a replacement you were refunded instantly.

They incorrectly advertised and when reported, they quickly showed how unprofessional they are.

I ordered some security camera mounting boxes. They were delivered in good time but turned out to be the wrong type. I was advised to return to a specific address. I did this nearly 10 weeks ago and still havent been refunded.
