Hi Martin Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, many of our manufacturers are suffering component issues due to the aftermath of COVID-19. We did notify you at the time of purchase that there may be a wait for your product..... Hopefully, stock levels should be back up later in the year SHG Team

“Trying to return an item but Royal Mail report that they have tried to deliver the item to the address I was given but there is no one there.”

Hi Ian Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback. We're glad you were happy with your purchase and the customer service given by Security Home & Garden. We had a look at the tracking provided by Royal Mail and can see that it was delivered but no body was there to sign for the delivery, it then appears they tried again after a couple of days. We have just recently upgraded our delivery services and now offer 3 different delivery options at checkout. We look forward to working with you again.

“From point of order through to delivery was acceptable, however I have been trying for 5 days now to contact them as I need mounting brackets for the product purchased without success, I have emailed them, used the online Chat facility and phoned several times, again with no success therefore it is unlikely that I will use them again.”
