“XL shirts fit like large. XXL jersey fit like a XXXL. everything I ordered didn't fit and dissapointed. didn't excalate since it's a UK based company and shipping took so long. Ended up giving everything away. Unfortunately, I don't plan to order from Silverback again.”
“Seller sent the wrong item, with full knowledge that it was incorrect, assuming I would accept it, however all it has meant is I am stuck with the wrong item and now have to find the time to print off return labels and get to a post office to send it back just so I can get a refund. Totally wasted my time, when all they needed to do is email me and explain they were out of stock, would I like an alternative or a refund..
This is why people use Amazon sadly, your money is returned sometimes before you have mailed the item back.”
“My parcel was not delivered. On Saturday, November 2nd, I received a notification that the parcel had been delivered. I spent the weekend away from home so I expected to find an adviso. After returning, I did not find an adviso in the mailbox. When I try to search for the parcel by the truck&trace code, it is listed as delivered. This situation has been reported to Post Nl. I still do not have the parcel.”

First Order delivered, forgot to put in the 2 Shakers.
Wrote a ticket she told me she will be Sending the 2 Shakers.
Package got delivered today and guess what its only 1 shaker inside the Package instead of 2.
