“I really like using SkiBro for my ski lesson in Megève. The customer service team advised me very well on which instructor would be good for me after my knee surgery. Very good and efficient service, I’ll use it again!”

“pour une reservation éloigner je recommande. Par contre mauvaise experience pour une reservation de moins de 48h. Je reserve un cours la veille pour le lendemain midi. l'argent est encaisser mais le jour J toujours pas de reponse. Je decide de prendre le cours sur place pour le lendemain et de payer sur place. le jour de mon cours on me fait une proposition pour le cours de la veille plus le jour de mon cours, je refuse, on me dit on va vous rembourser mais retourner chez le prestataire faite vous rembourser et on refais la manoeuvre sur notre site .... Un casse tete chinois ou le prestataire et skibro se renvoie la balle alors que javais déja réglé le soucis et en plus on me dit de ne pas m'enerver que c'est pas de leurs fautes ... cest sure cest pas avec votre argent qu'on joue surtout quil n'y avait ni prelevement ni remboursement encore actif sur ma banque. donc j'aurai eu potentiellement 400 euro qui se balade de gauche a droite. Et en plus la messagerie sur le site est incomprehensible.”

“Loads cheaper than all of the other shops, the skis and boots we ordered for our kids were of good quality, we did have to queue about an hour to get them which was the only downside.”

“Found the overall experience with the actual ski instructors fantastic. The only issue I had with skibro was when we arrived in resort they contacted to say they couldn’t honour the ski lessons for the kids as they had booked them in error and there was in actual fact no kids ski school that week. It had been agreed and paid for in full on our end. After don’t discussion with the staff, who were lovely and very apologetic we came to a mutual agreement of fewer days than we planned but in fact it worked out really well as my 4 kids all skied together in their own group with the same instructor. Thankyou”

“Excellent service and quick to respond to any questions. Also, as there is no snow at the resort we were meant to be going to, our holiday provider cancelled our holiday and when we informed SkiBro they didn't hesitate in refunding our money.”

“I booked via this website 24 hrs before my lesson, it was easy and informative. My Partner and I ended up with a lady called Federica who was fantastic. She is a great tutor, relaxed and made you feel at ease straight away. I had lost my mojo the day before and she helped me get it back. Brilliant 3 hours and worth every penny.”
