“I was unable to create an account and the webpage kept freezing. I wrote to customer services and they contacted me straight away via phone and email to help solve the problem. The only issue I have is that you book a lesson and then find out hours that later that you can’t have it as there isn’t availability like it says there is… which is annoying if you want one at a specific time like I do. But the customer service and contact is very good”

“Booked ski school for my six year old daughter starting on the Sunday for 6 days, turned up this morning with my daughter only to be told that the lessons were cancelled for the full week leaving my morning turned upside down searching around ski schools with a 6 year old trying to get fixed up for lessons for the week. Won’t be using again and still haven’t received a refund.”

“Booking with Skibro was straight forward and I will happily use it again. Communication was great with JC, and the instruction was nothing but fantastic! I cannot recommend him enough, whether you are looking for beginner or advanced, and either a private or group booking - make sure it’s with him!! He was great fun to be around and could easily communicate the lesson through different techniques and suggestions. It was a real confidence booster. Until next time!”
