“Booking process is fine, communication following booking very poor. Different instructor from one selected, no communication until evening before, from the "new" instructor. Luckily he was good but whole experience very underwhelming.”

“James Nutt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable re ski lesson bookings. He also guided us to discounted ski rental. He responded instantly to emails and phoned if things to discuss options.”

“My daughter and I enjoyed a fantastic week's skiing in Cortina with 6 days of private lessons with Alejandro. Alejandro was fantastic, both as a patient, knowledgeable, ski instructor and a lovely man. His communication skills are first-class. Money very well spent.”

“Although your agent was unable to help us due to unavailability of ski lessons, he rang around and checked with other companies in our resort. He was helpful and communicated clearly, explaining our options moving forward. I would definitely use SkiBro again, based on today’s experience!”
