“Our booking was declined 48 hrs after requesting online but James called the same day and took the details to try and find us more availability. We ended up booking directly as time was passing by and I was aware there’s very limited availability but James did come back to us with an option later the following week which was appreciated.”

“We spoke with James on several options for ski school (at very popular time) and he did his best to try and accommodate our needs. Although, we had to go with a different option. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them in the future.”

“An online booking was accepted and I made other bookings based around the Skibro booking times. SkiBro phoned the next day to say they couldn't honour the booking, offering an alternative. This is a real pain as I now have to alter other bookings to match. My preference was for mornings, why couldn't they be honoured?”

“I was unable to create an account and the webpage kept freezing. I wrote to customer services and they contacted me straight away via phone and email to help solve the problem. The only issue I have is that you book a lesson and then find out hours that later that you can’t have it as there isn’t availability like it says there is… which is annoying if you want one at a specific time like I do. But the customer service and contact is very good”
