“Found the overall experience with the actual ski instructors fantastic. The only issue I had with skibro was when we arrived in resort they contacted to say they couldn’t honour the ski lessons for the kids as they had booked them in error and there was in actual fact no kids ski school that week. It had been agreed and paid for in full on our end. After don’t discussion with the staff, who were lovely and very apologetic we came to a mutual agreement of fewer days than we planned but in fact it worked out really well as my 4 kids all skied together in their own group with the same instructor. Thankyou”

“I initially had an issue when the price of my ski lessons was increased after I had made my booking. SkiBro informed me this was due to the lesson provider and refunded me the difference as an apology. Other than this my experience was positive, thanks!”
