Good updates, came close to estimated time. The delivery driver was efficient. They arranged well in advance and called to reschedule the delivery rather than just texting or emailing which was good.

The updates on the time of delivery were very helpful. It was very easy to put the base together although attaching the headboard was more difficult. Overall I am very pleased with the bed and service provided.

Good customer service, delivered earlier than expected. Although received a call to advise a better headboard would be given as in stock, larger with wings. On the day of delivery the original headboard arrived. Slightly confused but so far the bed looks and feels great!

Lovely headboard. Well made and as described. I would have given 5 stars but I was only advised about the delivery a few hours before arrival. It would have been nice to have been given more notice so I could have made better arrangements. However, i am pleased with the headboard.
