Overall really nice beds, I like being able to customise the ottoman bed in terms of colour, headboard type, opening etc. I managed to get my bed and mattress on sale heavily discounted which was a great saving, as they are quite expensive otherwise. Quality is excellent. Arranging delivery was kind of restricted in my area as it was only Fridays, but other than that I am happy with the bed and mattress.

Very swift from ordering to delivery.
Really like the new bed, but would have rather had it without the footboard (that Web page describes as optional) - when bed arrived it was apparent that the footboard is an integral piece. No web option to NOT have the footboard, so the web site needs updating.
Installers really irritated me - they point blank refused to take the packaging away.
