Good customer service, delivered earlier than expected. Although received a call to advise a better headboard would be given as in stock, larger with wings. On the day of delivery the original headboard arrived. Slightly confused but so far the bed looks and feels great!

Lovely headboard. Well made and as described. I would have given 5 stars but I was only advised about the delivery a few hours before arrival. It would have been nice to have been given more notice so I could have made better arrangements. However, i am pleased with the headboard.

Beautiful bed at a great price. Good delivery and really well informed on the day to make it easy. Only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 was I think packaging on the bed could have been better to avoid a few indents on the velvet. I would for the price recommended! :)

Overall really nice beds, I like being able to customise the ottoman bed in terms of colour, headboard type, opening etc. I managed to get my bed and mattress on sale heavily discounted which was a great saving, as they are quite expensive otherwise. Quality is excellent. Arranging delivery was kind of restricted in my area as it was only Fridays, but other than that I am happy with the bed and mattress.
