Driver was great, apologised for the delay. Absolutely no faults with him.
Delivery agreement was between 5am and 10am. Bed was delivered at 19.30 PM!
This is ridiculous! Why state an early morning time when I could see from the tracker there were 10 stops before me? It was never achievable. We had to change our day to allow for this late delivery. Completely unacceptable.

I ordered 5 samples fabrics and paid for them. Two weeks later and they still havent arrived. Needless to say I won’t be ordered a bed from here!
UPDATE ive been asked to revise my review Sloomy as according to them this issue has been resolved. It hasnt. Ive not received the samples, nor received a refund! My rating would be zero now.

Paid £50 to have old bed collected but delivery driver didn’t have any paperwork or room on his van to take it. Was told I couldn’t get a refund until a manager was back in the office which would be a couple of days wait. Still waiting now over a week for a call back to confirm if I will be getting a refund.
