“ I ordered 5 samples fabrics and paid for them. Two weeks later and they still havent arrived. Needless to say I won’t be ordered a bed from here! UPDATE ive been asked to revise my review Sloomy as according to them this issue has been resolved. It hasnt. Ive not received the samples, nor received a refund! My rating would be zero now. ”

“ Paid £50 to have old bed collected but delivery driver didn’t have any paperwork or room on his van to take it. Was told I couldn’t get a refund until a manager was back in the office which would be a couple of days wait. Still waiting now over a week for a call back to confirm if I will be getting a refund. ”
