“Great communication from the company from the moment I purchased my bed to the moment of delivery. Delivery guys were great and the bed is really nice quality. Only comment is that the packaging the bed came in had a strong smell of old cigarette, but the bed did not once the packaging was removed.”

“Myself and my mother each ordered a bed from Sloomy and the service was absolutely top notch! Friendly people on the phone call to confirm delivery date/time, and the delivery drivers were extremely polite and friendly. The beds are fantastic value and will be ordering again when the spare bedroom is decorated. Great company to deal with, highly recommend”

“Bed base is lovely but unfortunately when I purchased base with mattress there was only one mattress available and disappointed with it as it is like a mattress I purchased from another supplier and is not comfortable.”

“Absolutely poor quality bed. Smells horrible. Headboard broken while fixing very poor quality.Fixing won't work. Material poor quality. Base fixings are not fit for purpose so base travels around room. Customer service horrible. Very rude and dishonest. They have 30 day guarantee but I'm still asking them to collect base as I have no storage. Please do not buy from them and avoid !”

“Fantastic service, ordered Sunday afternoon delivered by Tuesday by a very pleasant delivery guy great value extremely comfortable faultless service throughout. I wont hesitate to recommend this company to anybody looking for a comfy bed without the extortionate price tag usually associated.”

“I like the bed and the mattress is comfortable. The delivery guys were very helpful and professional. However, one of the drawers fell off less than a week after delivery which is not impressive.”
