“Oredered both the Vape and E-cigarette, and personally I prefer the vape pen. It is so simple to use, and is of great quality. Customer service is also excellent! I would like if they had more choices in the 1.5% and 1.1% refills (1.8% is too strong for me). I don’t like the original flavour, and as much as I like the Mint Breeze flavour, I think I may soon get bored of it. I really hope I don’t get forced into getting a pen that has more choice in refill flavours”

“Unfortunately I didn't really get on with the product and had a continuous cough. I'm not convinced vaping is for me but appreciate it's done a lot of good for lots of people trying to give up smoking.”

Hi Stephen, I'm sorry that you weren't able to get on with the SMOKO E-Cigarette starter kit! Some people do cough a bit more when they start as the vapour effects them in a different way than smoke did. “Had some issues with the first refill that comes with the starter pack. The liquid seems to have leaked into the chamber and I was inhaling the liquid. Not very nice. Any suggestions as to what might have happened would be helpful! I've used the e-cigarette for a bit as well and have had no issues with that. So far, so good.”

Hi Alex, I'm sorry to hear that! What can occasionally happen is if the VAPE refills have been through big temperature changes quickly the liquid can expand and come out the bottom. “Battery life not that great other batteries I’ve used last a lot longer, not had long enough to say how long the battery will last before replacing, taste strength good, packaging good .”

Batteries normally last about 1/2 an E-Cigarette refill, which depending on how much you use can mean either a few hours or a few days. “Nice starter kit for vape, slim and stylish. Virginia rolling flavour is very realistic to smoking roll ups. Have smoked for 40 years and not had a cigarette now for 2 months, definitely recommend. My only criticism would be the battery doesn't last long and although I was not a heavy smoker I am using 1 refill a day so this works out more expensive then duty free tobacco.”

“Very high quality, but the vape refills are very expensive. Between my partner and myself, we would be spending about the same on refills as cigs. So have bought a refillable pen, and bought Smokos e liquid, as the taste is far suppurior to any i've tried”

“Surprised myself with how easily I’ve taken to vaping and I like the simplicity and elegance of my Smoko. “100% recommend to quit smoking. However if you’re hoping to move down nicotine percentage, it’s slightly less value for money as I find that beyond 1.8% the e cigarettes lose the effectiveness yet are the same price. Otherwise I’ve completely stopped smoking and haven’t found it hard at all👍🏻”
