I'm very sorry to hear this - however a shame to come straight to a 2* review when our customer team would gladly resolve the issue with a single email.
For the Crossbody promotion to work, you needed to add your chosen Crossbody to your cart and then apply to code. That way the basket can tally down the item to £0.00 as advertised in the promotion (no bag means the cart has no item to discount, and we also wouldn't know which of our 40+ available crossbody's to send).
Also, as specified on the offer page and the banner on every page on site, only one discount code is applicable per order. I can see you benefited from code SP20 saving £9.99 on your order (which is great!) and therefore wouldn't have been able to apply a second code.
If you'd prefer to use the Crossbody code, that is no trouble at all and a very easy solve. Unfortunately as a small team of very real people here (no auto-replies with us) we are unable to resolve a matter we haven't had identified to us.
To warrant that our service - delivering as ordered, and doing so on the next working day after order (with standard shipping paid) is a shame as we always do our upmost to go above and beyond with customer care and experience.
