“The order and delivery process is slick. However on the very first use of the bad on a train to Manchester so hardly an outdoor rocky trek the bag was marked and the material has come off. I assume that part is not now waterproof. The bad looks great but is just not robust enough.”

Took this on holiday last week (went to Krakow), had one day of rain - sadly, the contents of the bag got soaking wet. I brought this bag as my husabnd has a similiar bag which he likes, as the bag is waterptoof. His bag is not a Spiral bag. Very similar in appearance, his did not let the contents of his bag get wet. We think the diffence is the padding on the back of the Spiral bag - his does not have padding. We think the padding has let the bag down as it is not in the same material as the rest of the bag
Love the bag but not the fact it does let things get wet when it rains - think there is a design fault. Sorry :(”

I wouldn't say the customer service or the product is value for money as purchased for £49.99 and a week later it went down to £39.99 and nothing done to compensate for difference, so that was disappointing”

“Lovely looking bags and great to get the free satchel too, although the quality of the stitching is disappointing as freyed and uneven in places. I bought the rucksack for heavy laptop / work kit commute around London and unfortunately the fit is uncomfortable, very heavy on the shoulders. Could be improved with a chest strap.”
