“Quick delivery and the bag looks good but probably not as high quality finish up close as I’d hoped. I bought this as a gift for my husband and he says when loosening the straps to take off, sometimes they can slip through the plastic which is a little annoying! Doesn’t look as high quality as I was after.”
“Good quality however very limited internal storage spaces and very poor compartmentalisation for a variety of sizes. 2 large compartments - 1 for a laptop and 1 for everything else. The only other 2 storage areas are very small pockets are not user friendly - one is external and not practical as it is not safe to put anything in, the other is extremely small and part of the back support/ padding.”

“I bought this for my husband as his main bag when he cycles to work, daily. He is happy with the look, capacity of the main compartment, and how waterproof most of it is. However, it has a strong smell of rubber which he is hoping will fade soon and the outer pocket isn't quite big enough and has a velcro fastener which isn't totally waterproof. He would prefer a zip. Other than that he is very happy with it.”

The product information on this bag specifies that the front pocket is Velcro sealed. This is for quicker access to belongings that require it. The Velcro seal is to hold the pocket close to the main backpack body as a preventative measure from all but the worst of weather.
We have tested each backpack silhouette at length to ensure the correct balance between product security and practicality. With the main body of the backpack being zip secure, alongside the front zip pocket, we found an additional easy access front pocket provides balance to most users.
We really appreciate your custom, but if this is not to your satisfaction we offer other backpack models with a different pocket assortment and of course will gladly accept return of the backpack in full resellable condition.
