“Fast shipping (at a price) for premium delivery, but low quality products and poor customer service. I went against some of the reviews that the service and bags were of poor quality hoping they were just one-offs, even going against the fact you can purchase these bags in TK Maxx for half the price, but I was disappointed that these reviews were very much true. I'd consider a Stubble & Co or a TomToc brand if you want quality and good customer service.”

“I've had Black Tranporter Delux bag for a week. The quaity isn't great but possibly as expected at this price point. Some threads are already coming loose and a hole is wearing through the outer material at the base of the zip. See pics. The bag also marks very easily so isn't really robust for anything other than light use.
On the plus side, it is comfortable to wear and the size is perfect for commuting.”

“Stitching on straps coming away already at the back of the bag. I only bought the bag in December. Also there is a gap at the end of the zip so if you have not folded it over it gets water in.”
