I placed an order after checking the website and despite emails and FAKE delivery Spiral is not responding to my requests other than to say they will contact the delivery service WHICH IS ROYAL MAIL.

I'm very sorry your experience has led to the above comments. We of course respect your feedback, and have/will be actioning this with our couriers as this should certainly be delivered.
But in the interests of fairness, as this comments suggests we are a *fake company*:
- We have dispatched your order twice to your address (as you can see in the above images via the Royal Mail site that you were provided tracking to).
- We have spoken on e-mail and have only ever shown our intention was to correctly and promptly deliver your package.
- Your order has since been refunded in full.
If any of the above behaviour would lead to believe this is fake then I am deeply sorry and can only apologise.
