“the bag is really beautiful an has a lot handy departments and space but
-i have it only for a week and used it only 2 twice and the closing buckle is already ripped off, so the bag is not made for heavy duty like grocery shopping.
-even the tiniest stains stay on the fabric and cannot be removed, not even with soapy water
-customer service doesnt respond to any complain/email
really disappointed, you can keep your 25% voucher, please refund because I guess a replacement is not possible when the website already says "sold out" what a joke!
-I wont send it back when I as a customer have to pay for the return! bad service!
