A few days later, you emailed me to say you made an error on the postage amount and needed another £5.95 to be able to send me my order (for which I had already paid for postage). Due to the fact that I needed the product I agreed to pay.
I was shocked to be asked to pay more, I understand errors happen but it was your error not mine, you should have absorbed the additional cost. Had you done so, I would have been a happy customer and would have used you again.
I will never ever shop with you again now and will be sure to leave a review of my experience on trust pilot so others are aware. I felt like I was scammed by your company and would have definitely cancelled the order, had I not needed the items so badly.”
“Shocking customer service. Paid for next day delivery and the product turned up over 5 days later. Only refunded difference between next day and standard delviery. Would have expected full refund of postage as a goodwill jesture. Only used this company as they offered next day delivery. However, Royal Mail was next working day!!!!!. Wont use again.”
