“As we all look online to shop, we worry about the dresses we purchase. Extremely happy is an understandment. Once I got an email to confirm my daughters measurements, I was much more at ease. It took the way the stress of it not fitting, the streenof having to find someone to do alterations. The dress came quickly in the mail and looked so beautiful. My daughter absolutely loved it and it fit her perfectly. We have told all of our friends. My daughter and her friends are searching the site for their next dresses.”

“On the main page of their website stacees.com the following return policy is stated Return Policy 1) Worry-Free Returns are available for standard sizes within 14 days. Custom sizes are final sale. 2) Please make sure they are in their original conditions - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached. In small print in an obscure place they list a ton of other qualifications that make it impossible to make a return per the language on their main page. They will ask you to send a picture of your child in the dress. They will demand you pay shipping and customs fees to send back to CHINA. They will respond to emails only after several days and in the middle of the night - purposely dragging out the process.”
