1) Worry-Free Returns are available for standard sizes within 14 days. Custom sizes are final sale.
2) Please make sure they are in their original conditions - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
In small print in an obscure place they list a ton of other qualifications that make it impossible to make a return per the language on their main page.
They will ask you to send a picture of your child in the dress.
They will demand you pay shipping and customs fees to send back to CHINA.
They will respond to emails only after several days and in the middle of the night - purposely dragging out the process.”
