Quick response and delivery. Sadly one pan was damaged due to poor packaging, but company response was good and replacement received within 3 days.
Would recommend for good quality saucepans.

Found the item I required, price was reasonable compared to others. It arrived just a few days after ordering, delivery by DHL who needed to check my age due to it being a "blade" - although I am many years past the age of 18! Just a replacement for my scraper to use on my ceramic hob. Would have preferred less postage costs e.g. Royal Mail, as it seemed a bit over the top to use DHL, but at least it's exactly what was wanted.
