“ Product excellent, delivery super speedy!! ”

“ I bought myself new Stellar saucepans when I had a new kitchen with an induction hob. I like the pour spout on the saucepans and glass lids with holes to strain the liquid. I was disappointed with the metal handles on the lids, they get burning hot and I have to use an oven glove or cloth to protect my hands. After my original purchase, I bought another saucepan that had a black handle on the saucepan and lid. This is by far easier and safer to use. My saucepans were bought form Boundary Mills, january 2024. I wanted to buy my daughter some new saucepans for her new kitchen and ordered her the 'Flow' range direct from your website. She has not used them yet but I am sure she will be delighted with their design and she will not have the problem that I have with hot metal handles. I did find the filters on the website poor, not very effective, I was only wanting Flow for the lids. Would it be possible to swap my metal handle lids for flow lids? I look forward to hearing from you regarding this. The delivery was very quick, well packed, and courier good communicating delivery time ”

“ Found the set I wanted and purchased direct from Stellar, additional offer was a free knife and roasting tin, order placed and delivered within 4 days (only issue as there was a knife (free gift) was included the package had to be signed for and I wasn’t home so delivery company delivered it to a neighbouring house. ”
