I bought several sets of cutlery, for myself and my daughter for her new place and it arrived promptly and packed well.
Went so well I bought some more items and had the same quick delivery.
I would definitely buy from th m again. The only thing I would say is you don't get any updates about your delivery which did worry me but all was received ok so I was happy!
