No. Not enjoying this at all. Bought one set as an anniversary gift for friends. Just had a second set arrive which I did not order, and have been charged for this?????
Now I'm going to have to sort a return and refund, just before Christmas. Hoping the refund is quick and the return does not get lost.

I was shocked and disappointed that both of the new Oslo 800ml teapot doesn’t meet the company higher standards. Teapots returned around 2 weeks and waiting for refund.

The product is fabulous but I signed up to their newsletters and club to get another discount. I made a mistake at checkout and the discount wasn’t applied. I contacted them straight away and they would not retrospectively refund the amount. I think that was unreasonable.
