I am surprised by this company, I’ve just been asked to review my order, having tried 5 times to contact them to return the pans that arrived damaged. Finally I got hold of them on the telephone, they were helpful and courteous to me, customer service is paramount for business so it would have been good to know that the department was being changed or given me a holding reply.

Had to replace a 25 year old Stellar pan set as they wouldn’t work on our new induction hob and they were brilliant. Only just started using this new set, but if they give us even half the service of the old ones well will be happy.
