My apologies if the delivery took longer than expected. I just checked and I see it was at the FedEx customs facility for a couple of days before your order was released for shipment and shipped to the USA.
Unfortunately, there can sometimes be delays in customs clearance when this department is understaffed. I wish you continued comfort and enjoyment of the donning aid and should you have any questions, you know where to find us.

“Great customer service re our questions and sorting the inetrnational delivery.
It works just like it says on the packet! My partner cna now easiley manage to get his compression garments on and off when I'm not around. The gloves were essential for us so glad we ordered them too. It's light weight and I feel like they have thought of everything. Took a few goes to get the pre load to suit but after 3 goes, he's off and running.”
