I have sent you several emails regarding this matter. As mentioned, we were not aware of any issues until we learned about them through the reviews you left.
I fully understand how frustrating this situation is. We are currently in close contact with FedEx, as the delay appears to be related to customs. Due to frequently changing and sometimes unclear import regulations between Europe and the United States, shipments can unfortunately get held up at customs, despite all required documentation being provided.
The case has now been escalated, and I am expecting an update today. If no clear resolution is provided, we will resend the package immediately.
