Natalie dealt with delivery and payment and was unbelievable efficient. Keeping us informed all the way, very Impressed.
Les and Ben picked up our old suite and delivered the new one they were professional and friendly and took great care not to mark anything. The suite came fabric bagged and packaged and all the packaging was taken away. They didn't leave until they made sure we were happy with the suite.
The suite is lovely and so comfy and the quality excellent, we couldn't be more thrilled. I would recommend Stokers Chester to everyone . The staff are amazing.”
“We called into the chester store today and were free to browse at our own pace for a while then we were introduced to the sales assistant Mike who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we needed. We came for a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa. He showed us a number of sofas describing them in precise detail, we found him very helpful and nothing was too much effort, he answered all our questions in great detail. We settled for 2 sofas after much discussions with Mike. This was our first visit to Stokers and would certainly recommend anybody taking a visit to the Chester branch.
