“Some of material was dirty, and they cut was not straight. Cause some of material to run. So I will have to wash and alter (which will change diminsion of material) before I can even use material”
“Wide variety of fabrics available and the website photos are better than a lot of other online fabric stores. However, customer service is lacking. There are often errors with my orders, defects (smudges and snags) with the fabrics, not to mention sending an email with questions or requests for help are almost always a waste of time. When I am looking for something specific to purchase, I go to customer friendly stores first before I check here just because I appreciate courteous and prompt customer service. It is a pity because your fabrics are beautiful and I would love to be able to purchase in larger quantities.”
